This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Shekl Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Connect financial or sales accounts you are not authorized to access, or submit data you lack the right to provide.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive source code or models, except where permitted by law.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including via malware, denial-of-service, or excessive automated requests.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark without our written consent.
- Misrepresent forecasts as guaranteed outcomes or as professional financial, tax, or accounting advice to third parties.
2. Data Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you connect or upload.
- You must promptly disconnect accounts and notify us if your authorization to access them ends.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate, with or without notice. We may cooperate with law-enforcement requests as permitted by law. Report violations to abuse@shekl.ai.
