Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Version 1.0 · Governing law: State of New Jersey

This Consent to Electronic Communications and Records (“E-Sign Consent”) describes how Shekl, Inc. provides communications and records electronically. By creating an account or clicking “I agree,” you consent to receive communications electronically under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law (UETA).

1. Scope of Your Consent

You agree that we may provide the following electronically: these and other agreements and policies; account, billing, and transaction records and disclosures; legal and regulatory notices; and any other communication related to the Service.

2. Method of Delivery

We may deliver communications by posting them within the Service, by emailing them to the address associated with your account, or by other electronic means. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current at your account settings.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records you will need: a current web browser; an active email account; a device with internet access; and the ability to view and save PDF files. By consenting, you confirm you have access to these.

4. Withdrawing Consent and Paper Copies

You may withdraw your consent or request a paper copy of a record by contacting support@shekl.ai. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted.

Withdrawing consent may prevent you from using the Service, which is provided electronically.

Withdrawal is effective only after we have a reasonable period to process it and does not affect the validity of communications provided before then.

5. Updating Your Information

Keep your contact information accurate and current so we can deliver electronic communications. Notify us of changes at your account settings or support@shekl.ai.
