Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

1. Plans and Fees

Shekl is billed at $65 per company per month. Pricing is per connected company, not per user: a single user who manages multiple companies (for example, a fractional CFO) pays $65 for each company. Current plans and features are shown at checkout. Fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes, for which you are responsible.

2. Included AI Usage and Additional Credits

Each company's monthly subscription includes $30 of AI usage credits that refresh at the start of each billing cycle (use-it-or-lose-it; unused credits do not roll over). If you need more AI usage within a cycle, you may purchase additional credits, which do not expire at the cycle boundary. Credit pricing is calculated per company and is inclusive of Shekl's platform costs.

3. Billing Cycle and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, beginning on your purchase date, and your payment method is charged at the start of each monthly period.

4. Price Changes

We may change prices or the included-usage amount. We will provide advance notice (for example, by email) before changes take effect, and changes apply to the next renewal. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing billing@shekl.ai.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; you retain access until then.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel before the current period ends. Canceling one company does not cancel other companies you maintain.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees — including amounts paid for additional credits — are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused features. We do not currently offer a free trial. Any statutory refund or cancellation rights are unaffected.

7. Failed Payments

If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend or downgrade the Service until payment is received. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

8. Automatic Renewal Notice

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS MONTHLY. Unless you cancel before the end of the current month, your plan renews for successive monthly periods and your payment method is charged the then-current fees until you cancel.
