Shekl is not a financial advisor, accountant, broker, or fiduciary, and using the Service does not create any such relationship. 3. How Forecasts Are Generated (Automated Processing)
- Forecasts are produced by automated statistical and machine-learning models, without individualized human review of each output.
- Outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and timeliness of connected data; gaps, delays, or errors in source data will affect results.
- Models may not anticipate unusual events, one-time transactions, or changes in your business or market conditions.
4. Use of Your Data to Improve Models
Forecasts are generated using a third-party AI provider, Anthropic (provider of the Claude AI models), which processes your connected data on our behalf to produce outputs. As described in the Privacy Policy and Financial Account Data Access Authorization, we may also use aggregated or de-identified data to improve our own models, and we do not re-identify de-identified data. Shekl provides software only; it does not provide labor, consulting, or professional services to prepare or interpret your forecasts.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEKL DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON FORECASTS, SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
